"Proud: The Men of the USS MASON" in NYC!

Ben Garrison, one of the crew members of the USS MASON (DE-529) told me the movie "Proud" would be showing in NYC @ the Magic Johnson Theater beginning on the 10th of this month. Quick background: The USS MASON was the only large ship in WWII manned by an African American crew. The story is quite amazing. Ben also mentioned the movie would be being released on DVD soon.
