Horizontal Takeoff, Horizontal Landing (HTHL) for the "1st Stage" of the launch process from
Andrews Space.
I found this at the bottom of an article discussing the FAA's Environmental Impact Report for a spaceport in Oklahoma...(which is interesting in itself to read).

Andrews Space has developed a hybrid jet/rocket powered aircraft, the Gryphon, that collects oxygen for the rocket fuel while on it's way to launch altitude using the Andrews Alchemist™ ACES propulsion system.
Certainly this has a wide range of low cost options.....
